Upcoming Events
Our workshops are designed for Black birthing people and those who care for them.
Pregnancy and postpartum can move fast, and too many families are expected to figure things out on their own.
Our workshops help close that gap by giving you practical tools for everyday decisions, plus the “red flag” knowledge that can protect you when something feels off.
These workshops matter because information should not be a privilege. You deserve guidance that is timely, respectful, and built for you.
Join us live for interactive teaching and real questions and answers, or catch the replay when you need it.
Every workshop is created to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported, because your health and your baby’s start matter.
❋ Whole You: Nourish, Move, Peace, and Community
A four-part series for new and expectant mamas who want care for their whole selves
Led by Dr. Andrea Lee, an OB/GYN and integrative medicine physician, together with Sydney Lockhardt, a researcher and advocate for maternal well-being, the series offers clear, grounded guidance on what it looks like to feel fed, supported, and emotionally steady in this stretch of life.
Over four sessions we will explore how food can truly nourish you and your baby, how gentle movement can help your body feel more at ease, how to invite real peace into a noisy day, and how to ease the pressure to always be the strong one by leaning into your village and true soul care.
❋ Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
Nourish
Thursday, January 22
7:30 PM ET
Food is one of the best ways to care for your body and your baby. In this session, we will talk about what your body needs.
You receive simple, clear guidance on key nutrients, vitamins and minerals, hydration, and gut health.
No calorie counting, no food shaming, no radical theories. You leave with a grounded understanding of how food nourishes you, which foods help you and your baby thrive, and which ones are better left on the shelf.
❋ A Supportive Space
Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
