As Senior Vice President of Physician Services & Ambulatory Care, he leads a dedicated team in advancing patient care through cutting-edge technologies such as telehealth and remote patient monitoring, significantly enhancing access to care. Under his leadership, key metrics have substantially improved, including patient experience, re-admission rates, quality, access, time to next available appointment, no-show rate, visit volumes, surgical volumes, financial performance, mortality rate, five-star hospital rating, and average Length of Stay (LOS), benefiting the healthcare system and patients.
