Keith Meredith, MD, MS
Dr. Meredith is a retired neonatologist who has worked for 42 years in various medical institutions, including Travis AFB, David Grant Medical Center, Memorial Hospital, Banner University-Phoenix, Phoenix Children's Hospital, and HonorHealth Shea Campus. He resigned from his position as Clinical Associate Professor of Child Health Professor (Adjunct) at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine-Phoenix.
Dr. Meredith has published 60 articles, book chapters, and abstracts on neonatal lung diseases such as hyaline membrane disease, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, hydrops fetalis, and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. He has also given lectures on ECMO, iNO, capnograph, neonatal lung barotrauma, and effects on neonatal and perinatal costs to audiences in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Japan.
In addition to his medical career, Dr. Meredith has also held leadership positions in various organizations. He served as the Corporate Medical Director, Vice President of the Mountain Region, and Director of Clinical Analytics at MEDNAX, Inc. The Mountain Region covered seven states, and Dr. Meredith oversaw organic and inorganic growth, developed policies and strategic plans, and managed daily operations.
Dr. Meredith also has a passion for sports and has pursued a World Taekwondo Federation Certified 3rd Degree Black Belt. He served as the Chairman of the Sports Medicine Committee for the United States Taekwondo Union, where he was a member of the US Olympic Training Center from 1997 to 2001. He also served on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, Arizona Chapter, from 2005 to 2006.
